We also represent employees who have been unlawfully retaliated against for being whistleblowers, opposing unlawful discrimination and filing worker’s compensation claims.

In addition, we also handle Family Medical Leave Act violation suits, wage and hour (overtime) disputes and breach of employment contract claims. Our representation includes all aspects of the applicable administrative and litigation process.
